Just a target test to get a boost on the web hitsor they could be adding to stock and someone uploading from target accidentally hit go live the game gods are crazy sometimes

Target's system is to blame. They messed up, nothing is actually in stock

Target just put a load of items up for sale that haven't been in stock for a while. Either they were holding them all out for today, or one of their employee's just messed up

That was a 1 stock on target.

Agreed @jsarg323. The only thing I see is post Christmas sales. Even if the regular non slim models are discontinued the majority of people have the older versions so I can see it coming back!

It’s gotta be coming soon.. the controllers dropping like hot cakes.. and I’m sure those are way harder to make

@harlsy makes sense. Only hope is Best Buy doing a drop after the holidays so who knows. Best Buy chat reps are saying to keep an eye on”eye out” for a drop but it’s becoming more of an excuse to get us off the chat line.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but they’ve discontinued any new production of it for months, and with the new ps5 model replacing the original, the chances of a restock are impossibly low. Sorry to anyone hoping for one but your best chance is hoping scalper prices go down
