If you are having trouble purchasing, it’s helpful to have the Best Buy app already downloaded and being signed in. You can also have Apple Pay ready and set as an option for a quicker purchase! Best of luck everyone!

Yeah that’s normal for BB. Their system is super buggy, I know this from (eventually) getting other collectors items from them. just gotta keep trying.

Anyone else having issues with BB letting you add it to the cart and then saying shipping method doesn’t exist?

@skatardrummer I did the same thing but BB allowed me to change it to another. I think it depends on availability of it at each store

Finally got one but it defaulted to the wrong store and I can't change it. Guess I'll be going on a road trip lol
