All AMD 7900XTX cards

I too had a PowerColor reference 7900 XTX with 110-111C junction and 65-71C GPU temp issue. Received from Amazon Jan 11 and shipping back for refund tomorrow 1/23.

The powercolor reference 79000xtx that I just received from amazon has the 110c junction temp issue....

Temps on it were awesome while it worked for a day. Under load junction temp didnt go over 70

BSOD, constant crashing, Pc was unusable, one of the display ports wasnt working, windows reliability reports was reporting a hardware error with the gpu. I installed an old Nvidia card in and it worked just fine. With that said I am trying to get ahold of another 7900xtx Aorus elite. I think I was just unlucky and got a bad card. I contacted Newegg and Gigabyte and they said to send it back. 9/10 itll be fine, I was just unlucky and got 1/10.

What was wrong with your aorus elite? Crumpet450? That's the one I just ordered.

Order dates: 12/23 - Newegg Sapphire Reference hits 110*+ 1/13 - Best Buy Gigabyte Reference hits 110*+ in vertical and horizontal position Have a new Sapphire from Newegg arriving in 2 days. Can update if that ones a dud as well. Would highly recommend AIB models to others atm

The powercolor seems to be mostly duds on the junction temp. Ive seen only good things about the gigabyte one.

Yeah when I called they said if theres no stock they automatically refund. I kinda regret not sending it to the manufacturer but that can also be a pain. At least this way were not out $1200.

Same They refunded me even though I said to call me if there wasn't any in stock I would be happy to send my sapphire card to the manufacturer Watch out for new egg they will do that

Just sent my Aorus elite back to Newegg for a replacement but if theyre out of stock then Im stuck getting a refund and starting over again

I was finally able to get the XFX Merc310 from Best Buy. The best advice I can give is to leave this one in your cart, because it comes back in stock often, but you'll only have a minute before it's gone, so be ready to speed checkout

I was able to purchase the Sapphire Radeon and I do not see any high temperature issues. Buy with confidence all!!

I GOT MY XFX MERC310!!! I had to add to cart on the first restock, then leave it in cart until the next batch came then hurried and just pressed checkout and it went through!!!!!

Is it only AMDs cards that are experiencing severe temps? I might wanna look at AIBs but Im not aware if they have problems as well. Except the Speedster and Gigabytes OC, for those prices you might as well just get a 4080
