Look at the in stock log. Newegg had stock for 3 minutes, then 5 minutes, and almost an hour later had availability for about 40 minutes. Is it getting better?

Seems like you are pretty much screwed unless running a bot than can complete a purchase in less than a second. .. Newegg is full of it in claiming they've implemented bot protection.
